1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of accommodation and services provided by R16 Residences Prague (“the Residence”), operated by LRESIDENCES s.r.o. (“the Company”). By making a reservation and staying at the Residence, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 The Residence provides accommodation services without additional amenities such as spa, parking, or minibar.
1.3 The Residence reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on the official website.

2. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
2.1 Reservations can be made via the Residence’s official website, online booking platforms, or directly through the reception.
2.2 A valid credit card or full prepayment may be required to confirm the reservation.
2.3 The Residence reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
2.4 Guests are responsible for ensuring that the details of their booking are correct. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated as per the cancellation policy.
2.5 An additional guest exceeding the number stated in the reservation is subject to a fee of EUR 30.

3. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
3.1 The cancellation policy varies based on the rate plan chosen at the time of booking. Guests should refer to the specific cancellation terms applicable to their reservation.
3.2 In case of a no-show, the Residence reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay or as per the agreed cancellation policy.
3.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

4. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
4.1 Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2 Guests must provide a valid ID or passport at check-in.
4.3 Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
4.4 The Residence reserves the right to charge for any damages or missing items discovered after check-out.

5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Guests are expected to respect the Residence’s property, staff, and other guests.
5.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Residence. A penalty fee will be applied for non-compliance.
5.3 Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
5.4 The Residence is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where available.

6. LIABILITY
6.1 The Residence shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or loss incurred during the stay, except in cases of gross negligence.
6.2 The Residence is not responsible for services provided by third-party vendors (e.g., airport transfers, tours).

7. PRIVACY POLICY
7.1 Guests’ personal information is collected and stored securely, in accordance with GDPR regulations.
7.2 Personal data is used solely for processing reservations and improving guest experience. It will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
8.1 The Residence shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.

9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Prague.

10. PAYMENT TERMS
10.1 Payments for reservations can be made using credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). All transactions are securely processed via our payment gateway provider, Worldline.
10.2 Payments are accepted in EUR and CZK. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on the guest’s bank.
10.3 A VAT invoice will be issued manually once the Residence receives payment confirmation. Guests requiring an invoice should provide the necessary billing details at the time of booking.
10.4 Chargebacks: If a guest disputes a charge, we encourage them to contact the Residence first to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback through their bank.
10.5 All payments are processed in compliance with industry security standards, ensuring the protection of guests’ financial data.
10.6 Refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy associated with each reservation. Any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method.
